Private Sessions

At the heart of Masha’s Fitness Studio is her dedication to a personal approach, with customized fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness goals tailor-fit to you. A private introductory session with Masha is the best way to get started and set yourself up for long-term success. 

Here’s what you’ll need to know for your first session: 

 
  • Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothes that give you room to breathe. If you have them, bring some grippy socks. Appropriate socks are also available for purchase at the studio. No need for special shoes - you won’t be wearing them in the studio.

  • If you’re hungry before your session, grab a light snack and some water, but avoid anything too heavy that will weigh you down. Feel free to bring water to drink if you like. 

  • The studio has a clean spacious rest room you are welcome to use before and/or after your session. Feel free to use this comfortable, private space to change and/or freshen up.
